Walk up the ramp between 20 and 22 Water Skellgate (directly opposite the Co-op Funeral Directors and between the two blocks of houses) and you will see the entrance to the bunker on your left.
We do not have the use of the car park at the top of the drive so if you are visiting by car we recommend you park in the Market Place. Ripon carparks are free after 6pm.
We have permission to allow members in via the front door of the Town Hall between 19:15 and 19:30. Please let us know in advance that you are coming and we will make sure there is someone at the door. We cannot hear you knocking so if you arrive later and the door is closed please walk around to the bunker entrance.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE BUNKER IS NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE
There are two short flights of stairs within the Town Hall and a further two within the garden.
Access from the road is up a steep driveway.
There are several steps in the approach to the Bunker as you go underground.
